Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
Fresh mozzarella gives the skillet a creamy, authentic lasagna texture.

1. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil if needed.
2. Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until fragrant, about 2–3 minutes.
3. Add the green and red bell peppers and sauté until slightly softened.
4. Add the ground turkey and Italian turkey sausage to the skillet. Break apart and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
5. Season the meat mixture with Italian seasoning, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt, pepper & garlic blend.
6. Add additional seasoning to taste if desired.
7. Stir in the tomato paste until fully combined with the meat mixture.
8. Pour in both jars of garlic pasta sauce and mix well.
9. Add the broken lasagna noodles into the skillet, spreading them evenly throughout the sauce.
10. Pour in the beef broth and gently stir. Cover the skillet and let simmer until the noodles are tender, about 15–20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
11. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the Italian 3-cheese blend.
12. Layer slices of fresh mozzarella from the mozzarella log over the top.
13. Cover and let the cheese melt on the stovetop, or place the skillet in the oven at 375°F for 15 minutes or until bubbly and melted.
14. Remove from oven and garnish with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
